Orders are generally processed within one to three business days. Customers will receive an email if an item is out of stock or backordered. If we do not have sufficient quantities in stock to fulfill your order, such an order will be considered a Special Order, as we will have to obtain the items from our partner. For Special and Custom Orders, an estimated shipment date will be provided via email once we receive confirmation from our partners.
While we do our best to provide an accurate estimated delivery date in our product descriptions, we cannot guarantee delivery by any particular date. Delivery dates and time frames provided in product descriptions are estimates, and should not be relied upon.
Many of our unique and exceptional products come direct from our partners and vendors, several of which are overseas. We ask for your patience and understanding as there may be occasions where we may not be able to give you an exact shipping date for your order as lead times on orders will vary. Delivery dates may also vary based on the quantity of products ordered.
You have the option to select ground, second-day or overnight delivery when placing your order. Shipping methods and fees are listed at checkout. Ground shipping is free within the continental US on orders over $300 and will be shipped via UPS. All other shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you require Saturday delivery or need to further expedite your order, additional shipping charges may apply.
Luxe Lighting Co will ship international orders via UPS or DHL. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees. Luxe Lighting Co does not provide estimates for customs and duties. Any delay in paying the import costs may result in additional storage fees which are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a shipment is returned to Luxe Lighting Co, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We assume no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, acts of war, terrorism, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Refunds are not issued due to shipment delays. If you require items by a specific date, we recommend checking stock availability or working with our team to find items that can be delivered within your timeframe. Thank you for your understanding.
