Description

The Black Belt Lamps were created through a collaboration between Venini and the American architect Peter Marino. Designed to highlight the contrast between transparency and the weight of material. Made of several transparent layers of glass that enclose black or tea-colored bands within. Created by pulling and laying the bands on top of the hand shaped glass. This intersection of the bands crisscrossing creates a play of light and shadow. The unique linear bands wrapping around each light recalls his first collaboration with Venini, the Black Belt Vases.

Available in Crystal or Tea, each in three length options.

Requires 1 x max 12W LED E27 bulb.
